Fin Greenall, known professionally as Fink, continues his genre-defying journey that began in the rave and pirate-radio–driven Bristol of the 1980s. After signing to Ninja Tune in 1996 and navigating London’s jungle and downtempo scenes, he found renewed creative clarity through acoustic songwriting, drawing inspiration from John Martyn, and launched a soulful transformation with Biscuits for Breakfast in 2006.

Since then, Fink’s career has steadily grown, marked by critically acclaimed records like Perfect Darkness and Hard Believer, collaborations with icons like John Legend, and numerous sync placements—including True Detective, Better Call Saul, The Walking Dead, and Ava DuVernay’s Selma soundtrack). The band’s eighth studio album, Beauty In Your Wake, dropped on July 5, 2024, recorded in a Cornish chapel with producer Sam Okell. It marks a return to intimacy and craft for the original trio.

The record kicked off a year-long world tour that spanned Europe, UK, North America, Australia and India culminating in their 99th show in July 2025. Now, after closing that chapter, the band has stepped back into the studio to begin work on their ninth album.
